| Joy is a member of several art associations, including the well-known Copley Society of Boston. She has exhibited in numerous galleries, designer show houses and art festivals.
Her original watercolors and commissioned works are represented nationally in private and corporate collections. Joy’s paintings have been published many times, as limited editions, posters, greeting cards, gift bags, placemats, and even a line of apparel. Publishers include Fairfield Fine Art, Portal Publications, Acorn Press, Aastarr, Inc., Marion Heath and Comfort Zone. Joy also publishes her work directly through Garden Street Studio and JoyPhyl Greetings.
She welcomes studio visits by appointment. She also schedules painting demonstrations and group classes on request.

Follow Rte. 2 to rotary in Cambridge.
Bear right at lights (Alewife MBTA will be on right)
Proceed thru another light to next rotary and bear left onto Fresh Pond Parkway
Bear left immediately at next small rotary onto Concord Ave. (Citgo gas on right)
Follow Concord to light at Walden St., bear left
Proceed one block to Garden St. and bear right
128 Garden is a light grey-green three family the 8th house on the right.
From Mass Pike:
Take Cambridge/Allston exit toward Cambridge.
Turn left on Storrow Drive
Take next exit (near Harvard Business School) turn right over the Charles
River
Turn left on Memorial Drive
Take first right (just after Ash St. which is one way) to lights
Turn right onto Mt. Auburn St. and immediate left onto Ash St.
Follow Ash thru to Garden St. (it bears slightly to the right as it
crosses Brattle)
Turn left on Garden (past Sheridan Commander hotel on left)
At forks just stay on Garden to #128 (a light grey-green three family
on left)
From Boston:
Take Storrow Drive to Harvard Square Exit and follow directions above.
From Route 93:
Take Route 60 to Massachusetts Ave.
Turn left on Mass. Ave.(towards Cambridge)
Turn right on Walden St. (@ Kentucky Fried Chicken)
Turn left on Garden St. #128 is the 8th house on the right.
